Julien Hognon
Founder · 44 years old
A serial real estate investor for over 20 years, Julien has managed more than 50 properties in France, China, Tunisia and Dubai before moving to Bali. He founded Balimmo in 2021 with a clear vision: to structure the Balinese market so that international investors can invest with full confidence, even remotely.
His experience in emerging markets (China, Tunisia, Dubai) taught him one thing: without a trusted local team, there is no peace of mind in investing. He built Balimmo on this principle.

CEO · 33 years old
With 5 years in building renovation and 8 years as a real estate negotiator then agency director in France, Julien brings essential field expertise. He joined Balimmo in 2023 to accelerate the group’s development. He owns a villa in Bali himself.
Investing personally in Bali before taking on the leadership role gives him a unique client perspective: he knows exactly how an investor feels 12,000 km away from their construction site, and what must be delivered to reassure them.
Two complementary profiles, one thing in common: they both started from scratch. They know the value of every euro invested and personally commit to each client project.

Julien Zordan joins
Julien Zordan joins the leadership to accelerate growth. Launch of Balimmo Villa Management for in-house rental management.
50 villas milestone
Launch of the shared-investment model: invest from €25,000 by buying shares in a villa.
International expansion
Website available in 4 languages (FR, EN, IT, ZH). 7 million tourists welcomed to Bali confirm the rental potential for the decade.
